Action Learning

Action learning is a transformative process for organizations seeking to ensure that its results and impact are as powerful as the organization’s potential. We design action learning teams collaborating on strategically important projects while being coached in real time on group dynamics, conflict management, systems for innovation, leveraging diversity, critical reflection, and leadership. Action learning calls for teams to assess how their default modes and taken-for-granted assumptions may be impeding organizational progress. Action learning requires a 6 month engagement.

IMMERSE: Regenerative Organizational Design

Developing and choosing a strategy is one of the most important tasks for senior leaders. We use our IMMERSE method to create a research design and data analysis plan that uncovers critical blindspots while illuminating new areas of potential growth and strength using regenerative design principles. This is a no stone unturned approach — we assess how a financial model intersects with your systems impact model, then build your organization’s internal capacity to cultivate a regenerative organizational culture. The IMMERSE service is BG’s most comprehensive and transformative, typically requiring a 12-18 month commitment.
