Karen Doyle Grossman, Ed.D. is Berkshire Group’s CEO and an organizational development and strategy consultant with over 25 years of leadership experience across global nonprofits, startups, and healthcare systems. She specializes in adult learning, regenerative strategy, and adaptive leadership development. Karen has served as VP of Social Innovations at Mercy Corps, where she raised over $45 million and launched initiatives in partnership with Google, Intel, Microsoft, Western Union, the Gates Foundation, and more. She was the Executive Director of the Aspen Institute’s Young Leadership Initiative, where she founded MicroMentor.org, and of the Garrison Institute and WorldTeach. As CEO of BG, she helps organizations navigate complexity through systems thinking, meditative leadership, and regenerative design. She holds a doctorate in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University and serves as adjunct faculty at Antioch University. Karen holds advanced certifications in agile, platform design, social entrepreneurship intercultural development, and regenerative practice.

Hannah Hakim, Operations Lead, designs and leads the operational and communications infrastructure for each client engagement. Hannah is a graduate of Northwestern University and is an acclaimed theater actor and a successful entrepreneur.

Berkshires Group’s Data Analysis team designs and delivers in-depth data analytics to ensure that all of our strategy development is rooted in precision. Brian Grossman (Stanford GSB ‘02 and Harvard ‘94) leads the data analytics service and contributes significantly to Berkshires Group’s strategy development work. Brian is joined by a team of data scientists from Stanford and Purdue Universities.
